

Our parents Michalis and Georgia are farmers and have a Mill. Years ago they wanded to start somethihg else, my father liked to have a bakery and my mother wanted a Restayrant.
And – to follow the old tradition in Crete: The husband always has to be the boss, but the wife wins – They opened this Restaurant in 1985.
My three elder brothers Manolis, Vangelis, and Alekos all worked here before. Now we are – Georgos & Manolis- who are running the Restaurant.
Most af the food we take from our farm, we have different animals and grow our own vegetables.The olive- oil, we use, is from our own olive – trees and the raki we make together with our father in the traditional way.
